Servihabitat’s property sales increase by more than 17%, approaching €1.3 billion at the close of the third quarter

  • The Company conducted more than 17,000 transactions until September, representing 19.2% more than in September 2016

Barcelona, October 30, 2017.- Servihabitat, the leading servicer, posted a 17.7% year-on-year growth in property sales amounting to €1.294 billion, without including real estate developer sales, which would significantly boost the total.

It manages a portfolio with nearly 215,000 units worth more than €41 billion. The company has the largest rental portfolio on the market, currently managing more than 50,000 units. In the first three quarters of the year, more than 13,400 new rentals were added, a 31.9% increase with respect to the previous year.

Activity in terms of unique assets, for which the Company handled 1,314 transactions—representing an increase of nearly 120% with respect to September 2016—worth more than €362 million, has also been remarkable.

Commercial offering for all customer segments and an extensive regional presence
The constant flow of marketing campaigns, such as “30 Days of Gold” and “Enjoy Your New Flat”, both with an attractive selection of new and second-hand homes, has allowed the Company to strengthen its market leadership position.

The wide array of off-plan developments up for sale, as well as the innovative solutions that help business owners and entrepreneurs purchase and lease their work spaces, has helped to bring about these excellent results. Campaigns such as the one where a wide selection of offices, warehouses and retail spaces enjoy discounts of up to 30% off the sale price or special conditions such as a four-month grace period, have caught the interest of many clients. Servihabitat is also promoting the purchase of land with nearly 4,000 pieces of land for sale under special conditions, some at up to 40% off.
