Servihabitat’s rental portfolio has shown 15% of year-on-year growth at the close of the third quarter

Barcelona, October 20, 2016.- Servihabitat, the leading servicer for the management of real estate and financial assets, has closed the third quarter with 11% year-on-year growth for the portfolio it manages, with a total of 239,986 units. The value of property sale and rental transactions this month surpassed €1.3 billion, although this does not include developer sales figures that would significantly boost the total.
The Company, which markets financial and real estate assets worth nearly €50 billion, has the largest rental portfolio on the market. It currently manages almost 60,000 units, including parking spaces and storage rooms, and this number is 15% higher than the figure for September 2015.
